The pace
Book one morning tour and one afternoon tour, no more. In between, a long lunch in Craigellachie or Aberlour, and a walk along the Spey. Do not try to fit three tours into a day - the tastings alone will defeat you.

- 15:00 Balvenie Signature tour (book weeks ahead).
- 17:30 Coffee at Speyside Cooperage.
