Yes - secure indoor parking is included for multiple vehicles, behind a gated entrance and peripheral wall.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets at Mardon.

Being right on the A96 is what makes the location so convenient, but some guests do notice road and rail noise, particularly in the front-facing bedroom - it's a fair trade-off to weigh up, and we'd rather you know that going in.

Two nights as standard. During off-season (February-April) we run a flexible 2-night offer with late check-in available on request.

The Main House and Annexare booked as two separate units, each with their own private entrance, kitchen and bathroom - we don't offer them as a single combined booking.

A professional clean is included with every booking (~£140 per stay) so the home is fully reset for your arrival.

Yes - our calendar is automatically synced across all major booking platforms. No double bookings, ever.

Direct bookings: full refund up to 30 days before arrival; 50% refund up to 14 days before; non-refundable within 14 days. We recommend travel insurance.

Yes - a refundable damage deposit of £375 is collected by bank transfer 7 days before arrival and returned within 7 days of check-out subject to inspection.

Check-in is 15:00-18:00 and check-out is 10:00-11:00. Please let us know your ETA in advance. Photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in.

The Main House sleeps up to 5 guests and the Annex sleeps up to 3. Cots and extra beds are not available.

The Main House has 2 bedrooms (plus a sofa bed in the living room). The Annex has 1 bedroom (plus a sofa bed).

Yes - the Annex has access to a terrace with garden views. The Main House opens onto the private garden.

Yes, quiet hours are 00:00-07:00 to respect neighbours. No parties or hen/stag events at any time.

Children of any age are welcome. Guests under 18 must check in with a parent or official guardian.
