What should you know before booking?
It is a driving location on the A96 corridor, not a walkable city-centre one. Public transport nearby is limited, there are no pets, and the roadside setting means some guests notice road and railway noise.
Being direct about this saves everyone time. If you are flying in without a car and expect to walk to Campus, this is the wrong choice. If you are driving, the free gated parking is worth more than a central address you would have to park away from anyway.
Inverness Airport is roughly 15 minutes away, which is useful for anyone flying in for a course or a conference and hiring a car at the terminal.
